Mrs. John W. Gosser, of 217 Haverford av., has lived in Narberth all her life and her parents live there before that. Her husband operates a beverage distribution firm there.

"Narberth's a nice little town," she said, "it's homey and everything is convenient. The stores are nearby. There's not much you really need everyday that can't be bought in Narberth.

"Another thing, there's plenty of recreation activities here," she added. "There's a couple of women's clubs and all sorts of organizations."

Mrs Gosser thinks that the improvements in the sewer system are the town's biggest need. "Sometimes in a heavy rain, the street looks like a river," she said.

She recalls the storm of November 25th when "the water was so deep that it got into my husband's store room."
